You might find Allyson doing arts and crafts, or you may see her swinging through the air on the flying trapeze or practicing her aerial skills. She brings the same focus and careful attention to her work at Concero where she helps clients define and then fill open positions.
Allyson has more than a decade of sales experience in the St. Louis area. She has deep networking connections and an expansive knowledge of the local market. She enjoys solving problems and considers herself a high achiever.
She is a graduate of Lindenwood University.

Amy Drozda
Sr. Client Relationship Executive
Amy joined Concero Technology Group in November 2014. She brought with her more than 12 years of experience in IT staffing.
She has a strong passion for helping her clients achieve success through their most valuable asset, their people. The most rewarding part of her job is working collaboratively with the recruiters to ensure the perfect match between the IT professional and the client.
Amy is a graduate of Missouri State University where she earned her degree in marketing.
Bet you didn’t know: Amy is still an active participant and coach for her Synchronized Swimming team.

Stephanie Grimmer
Sr. Client Relationship Executive
Stephanie has nearly 17 years of experience in the recruiting industry — including 10 years with a national IT staffing and services firm. Her goal is to cultivate high level relationships and provide delivery-based IT solutions for top companies and organizations.
A strong believer in the value of collaboration, Stephanie is committed to fully understanding her clients’ business needs, creating a solution based on those needs, and fostering lasting partnerships.
Stephanie graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and lives in Richmond Heights with her husband, Bryan. Favorite activities include hanging out with friends and family, exploring Forest Park, interior design, watching movies, listening to live music, cooking, and any other activity that revolves around eating/drinking.

Jason Harris
Sr. Client Relationship Executive
Jason is a man with conviction – the kind of person who stands up for what he knows is right. So, when a Concero recruiter finds the perfect candidate for a position, Jason goes to bat for them because he knows strong teams are made up of great people.
With a background that includes senior sales positions in technology consulting, Jason has been in the IT industry for several years. His knowledge of technology implementation and use is an asset that helps him have a deeper understanding of what his clients need for their business to be successful.
He is forever a Mizzou Tiger, earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri, as well as a J.D. from the MU School of Law.

Eric Ormson
Sr. Client Relationship Executive
Eric’s entire career has been centered on building the best relationships he can with people. He’s been in the recruiting industry for more than 13 years and the majority has been focused on staffing for IT companies. He knows that everyone has a story and his naturally curious nature makes him a good listener, which allows him to be a better partner and resource for the long term.
His values are respect, hard work and thoughtfulness. He knows that “solutions” are only as good as the people who are responsible for making it work, so he does what it takes to make sure that both our candidates and our clients experience a win-win.
A native of St. Louis, he returned to the Midwest after playing hockey at University of Arizona. Active in the local community, he coaches the AAA u15 Blues and the Chesterfield Falcons. In 2019, as head coach, his team won the 14u USA Hockey National Championship.
Bet you didn’t know: He is an active member of the U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association and competed in the 2020 STA-BIL NATIONAL US POINTS SERIES in Apache Junction, Arizona, nearly placing 3rd.

Tim Newman
Senior Client Relationship Executive
Tim is an entrepreneurial-minded, hard-working person who began his career in the industrial industry nearly 24 years ago. With a strong background in fluid power as well as electrical automation, Tim has expertise in the two largest segments of the industrial space. He firmly believes in taking care of the customer and his passion to help people improve their lives and uses his knowledge and experience to make that happen. Through Tim’s persistence and competitive spirit, his clients know that he will work hard to not only meet, but exceed their needs.
A proud Billiken, Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Saint Louis University where he was on the men’s soccer team.
Bet you didn’t know: Tim is a Foosball phenom and was once a finalist in the Missouri State Foosball Championship. Challenge him to a game!!!

Keith Quigley
Client Relationship Executive
Keith, originally from Tennessee, joined Concero as a recruiter and then earned a promotion to become one of the company’s client relationship executives.
If he has learned one valuable lesson during his career, which includes 15 years as head coach of women’s basketball and admissions director at Fontbonne University, it is that identifying top talent and finding the right people isn’t easy.
His success is based on interpreting the client’s desired needs and observing a company’s culture so he can give the recruiting team a clear and accurate picture of the person they need to find.
Keith enjoys golf and is a hot sauce connoisseur.
