Paige knows what it’s like to search for a position that is more than “just a job.” This makes it easy for her to connect with candidates. She comes to Concero pleased to be a part of an energetic, competitive and hard working team.

She strives to accomplish her goals – both personal and professional – and is motived to do whatever she can to help others, which is highly beneficial for any candidates who work with her. This work ethic was instrumental in her being a part of the 1000+ Points Club in high school for basketball and also served her well during her college career at Fontbonne, where earn her degree in business administration.

Bet you didn’t know: Paige is a top player in the United States Amateur Shot-put League.

You might find Allyson doing arts and crafts, or you may see her swinging through the air on the flying trapeze or practicing her aerial skills. She brings the same focus and careful attention to her work at Concero where she helps clients define and then fill open positions.

Allyson has more than a decade of sales experience in the St. Louis area. She has deep networking connections and an expansive knowledge of the local market. She enjoys solving problems and considers herself a high achiever.

She is a graduate of Lindenwood University.

Amy joined Concero Technology Group in November 2014. She brought with her more than 12 years of experience in IT staffing.

She has a strong passion for helping her clients achieve success through their most valuable asset, their people. The most rewarding part of her job is working collaboratively with the recruiters to ensure the perfect match between the IT professional and the client.

Amy is a graduate of Missouri State University where she earned her degree in marketing.

Danielle Goldsmith

Danielle’s enthusiasm for life is infectious. She is a wish granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, passionate about dancing, and she has even been skydiving!

More than anything else, she wants to hear your story and help you shape your life through new and exciting opportunities.

Her experience includes recruiting in the public sector and working as a professional NFL cheerleader for the St. Louis Rams. She moved to St. Louis from Farmington, Missouri, to attend college at Lindenwood University, where she earned her bachelor of arts in marketing and then completed her MBA degree.

Bet you didn’t know: Danielle created her own Swarovski sneakers line that were featured on Shark Tank where she was told by Mr. Wonderful to “bring on the bling!”

Jared is a laid-back guy who can make you laugh at even the worst jokes. But when it comes to helping talented technical people advance their careers, he is always serious.

Jared is a Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals fan, but his real passion is for basketball. Outside the office, you will find Jared playing, watching or coaching the game.

Since joining Concero in 2016, Jared has taken every advantage of the company’s coaching and training opportunities, and he is proud to be part of what he says is the best all-around team in St. Louis. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Fontbonne University.

Stephanie has nearly 17 years of experience in the recruiting industry — including 10 years with a national IT staffing and services firm. Her goal is to cultivate high level relationships and provide delivery-based IT solutions for top companies and organizations.

A strong believer in the value of collaboration, Stephanie is committed to fully understanding her clients’ business needs, creating a solution based on those needs, and fostering lasting partnerships.

Stephanie graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and lives in Richmond Heights with her husband, Bryan. Favorite activities include hanging out with friends and family, exploring Forest Park, interior design, watching movies, listening to live music, cooking, and any other activity that revolves around eating/drinking.

Keith, originally from Tennessee, joined Concero as a recruiter and then earned a promotion to become one of the company’s client relationship executives.

If he has learned one valuable lesson during his career, which includes 15 years as head coach of women’s basketball and admissions director at Fontbonne University, it is that identifying top talent and finding the right people isn’t easy.

His success is based on interpreting the client’s desired needs and observing a company’s culture so he can give the recruiting team a clear and accurate picture of the person they need to find.

Keith enjoys golf and is a hot sauce connoisseur.

Alisha Rattler

Alisha knows that typically when a company is working with a recruiting firm, they are trying to solve a problem. She isn’t daunted by this, though; she uses her experience to help strategically create a positive outcome.

Whether Fortune 100 or 500, she puts her effort toward having a deep understanding of our client’s needs and finding the best talent, which matches Concero’s mission. No matter what, she says, remember to smile because they are felt and heard and makes the difference between just talking to someone versus truly connecting. Forming a relationship with Alisha, means having smart, trustworthy and capable advocate on your side.

She is born and raised in St. Louis, earned her bachelor of science degree from Fontbonne University and enjoys writing, architecture tours and Pilates.

Bet you didn’t know: A master baker, Alisha specializes in making mini-cakes and her smallest one measures 2.5” in diameter. Her quest is to bake a cake that is only 1” that also has decorations and iced with her signature strawberry confetti buttercream frosting.
