Michelle has been working in the recruitment industry since 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has a BA in psychology and computer applications. Michelle’s previous positions have included technology sales and technical recruiting. A former NCAA women’s soccer player and national champion, she is an avid fan of Notre Dame and St. Louis sports.
Bet you didn’t know: If you can’t find Michelle on the weekends rock climbing, she can be spotted creating Irish lawn Gnome’s for her garden.

Blair likes to know how people tick. “How did you get to where you are today?” is one of the first questions on his lips when he meets new people. And meeting new people is what he likes best about his job at Concero. When he is off the clock, he likes nothing more than to pack up his tent and fishing rods and head to the water’s edge for the weekend. He is also an archery enthusiast. Blair is originally from San Diego, California. He moved to St. Louis to pursue both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Fontbonne University. His career includes working in both retail operations and marketing.
