A graduate of Fontbonne University, where he earned both his undergraduate and an MBA degree while working full-time.
Bet you didn’t know: TJ likes to make complicated origami superhero figures, and he is most proud of his Marvel comics series, featuring a battle between Thor and his nemesis, Loki.
Danielle’s enthusiasm for life is infectious. She is a wish granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, passionate about dancing, and she has even been skydiving!
More than anything else, she wants to hear your story and help you shape your life through new and exciting opportunities.
Her experience includes recruiting in the public sector and working as a professional NFL cheerleader for the St. Louis Rams. She moved to St. Louis from Farmington, Missouri, to attend college at Lindenwood University, where she earned her bachelor of arts in marketing and then completed her MBA degree.
Bet you didn’t know: Danielle created her own Swarovski sneakers line that were featured on Shark Tank where she was told by Mr. Wonderful to “bring on the bling!”
Jared is a laid-back guy who can make you laugh at even the worst jokes. But when it comes to helping talented technical people advance their careers, he is always serious.
Jared is a Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals fan, but his real passion is for basketball. Outside the office, you will find Jared playing, watching or coaching the game.
Since joining Concero in 2016, Jared has taken every advantage of the company’s coaching and training opportunities, and he is proud to be part of what he says is the best all-around team in St. Louis. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Fontbonne University.
Bet you didn’t know: Jared is a choreographer and was a back up dancer in Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off video.
Senior Professional Recruiter
Michelle wants to know what makes you happy. She says when her candidates are happy, excited, and satisfied with their careers, it makes her feel happy too.
Michelle has been working in the recruitment industry since 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has a BA in psychology and computer applications. Her previous positions have included technology sales and technical recruiting.
A former NCAA women’s soccer player and national champion, she is an avid fan of Notre Dame and St. Louis sports.
Bet you didn’t know: If you can’t find Michelle rock climbing on the weekends, she can be spotted creating Irish lawn gnome’s for her garden.
We all know it takes dedication, skill and effort to be part of a a successful team. Those are all attributes that Brittney brings to Concero. These are also characteristics that she learned as a member of the women’s soccer team at Missouri State University, where she qualified for a 5-year D-1 scholarship. She earned her degree in marketing management and has brought fresh ideas and energy to an already highly dynamic culture.
As a recruiter, she recommends being transparent and open because the more honest people are, the more efficient she can be at finding the perfect fit. A natural at networking, Brittney is someone who really enjoys meeting new people. She likes to make sure her candidates are comfortable sharing their goals and dreams with her, so she can help people achieve what they are pursuing.
Bet you didn’t know: A native to St. Louis, Imo’s is her favorite pizza and she has been to every location for “quality control purposes.”
From renovating his home to playing guitar to singing in a church worship band, Aaron is a man of many talents.
One of the things he likes most about his work as a recruiter is the opportunity to network and get to know so many people while talking about how critical their IT and technical skills are to businesses.
A graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa, Aaron received a bachelor of business administration degree with a minor in entrepreneurship. While in college, he spent a semester studying in the Netherlands where he traveled to 12 countries and conducted an internship for an HR software company.
Bet you didn’t know: Aaron enjoys using his wooden hand lathe to make highly intricate, custom banisters and rails.
We all need a helping hand in life at one time or another, and that’s how Bethany sees her role as a recruiter. Knowing she has made someone smile, made them laugh or helped find them a new job brings her fulfillment and fuels her to keep going. She takes an empathetic approach because she knows how stressful and overwhelming it can be looking for a new job and feeling unsure of where to start.
A collegiate athlete, she was NCAA DII All American and finished her career being top 5 in the nation in her swimming relays and individual events. A graduate of Lindenwood University, she earned her degree in exercise science. In her personal time, she enjoys rock climbing and surfing, as well as photography.
Bet you didn’t know: Bethany is a trained opera singer and frequently entertains her co-workers with renditions of Je Veux Vivre from Romeo and Juliet by Gounod.

Blair likes to know how people tick. “How did you get to where you are today?” is one of the first questions on his lips when he meets new people. And meeting new people is what he likes best about his job at Concero.
When he is off the clock, he likes nothing more than to pack up his tent and fishing rods and head to the water’s edge for the weekend. He is also an archery enthusiast.
Blair is originally from San Diego, California. He moved to St. Louis to pursue both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Fontbonne University. His career includes working in both retail operations and marketing.
