TJ Eggleston

Do you want to know which team won the World Series in a specific year? Ask TJ. He is Concero’s official baseball geek. He uses that same skillset to help him remember details about the people he meets, too.
TJ wants to help you figure out how he can help you achieve your dreams, so you’ll talk about a wide range of topics, so he can get to know you better.
A graduate of Fontbonne University, where he earned both his undergraduate and an MBA degree while working full-time.
Bet you didn’t know: TJ likes to make complicated origami superhero figures, and he is most proud of his Marvel comics series, featuring a battle between Thor and his nemesis, Loki.

Kevin Griffith
Technical Recruiter
Kevin uses his leadership skills and past experience to help guide people through the hiring process. He genuinely cares for the people who are coming to Concero for assistance with advancing their careers. He has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire for success. That, along with his passion for helping and connecting with others, aligns perfectly with the core values of Concero.
A graduate of Maryville University with a bachelor’s degree in sport business management, he’s invested in the St. Louis and surrounding communities, but he also enjoys traveling and off-roading throughout the U.S.
Bet you didn’t know: Kevin is a trained opera singer and frequently entertains his co-workers with renditions of Je Veux Vivre from Romeo and Juliet by Gounod.

Cody Heisel
Technical Recruiter
Cody is what you would call a “people person.” He knows that it is in the small conversations that you get to really know a person. He enjoys getting to hear about the details of their lives, finding what motivates them and what worries them, and who is important to them. He prides himself on being told that he is a good listener.
This natural curiosity serves him well as a recruiter and in his previous position where he moved up in the company to train and onboard new team members. He sees possibility in everyone and uses his positive disposition to encourage people through the job search process.
He enjoys spending time outdoors, from hiking to fishing, and is looking forward to being a newlywed.
Bet you didn’t know: He loves gymnastics and can do eight consecutive backflips followed by three round offs.

Michelle Restovich
Senior Professional Recruiter
Michelle wants to know what makes you happy. She says when her candidates are happy, excited, and satisfied with their careers, it makes her feel happy too.
Michelle has been working in the recruitment industry since 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has a BA in psychology and computer applications. Her previous positions have included technology sales and technical recruiting.
A former NCAA women’s soccer player and national champion, she is an avid fan of Notre Dame and St. Louis sports.

Aaron Schwander
Strategic Account Recruiter
From renovating his home to playing guitar to singing in a church worship band, Aaron is a man of many talents.
One of the things he likes most about his work as a recruiter is the opportunity to network and get to know so many people while talking about how critical their IT and technical skills are to businesses.
A graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa, Aaron received a bachelor of business administration degree with a minor in entrepreneurship. While in college, he spent a semester studying in the Netherlands where he traveled to 12 countries and conducted an internship for an HR software company.

Maureen Sias
Technical Recruiter
Maureen brings wisdom, experience and dedication to her role as a recruiter. She will always be her consultants’ greatest advocate and supporter, guiding them and ensuring their needs are top priority. She does this by being a good listener and connecting with people.
She is adept at working with many different personality types and is good at being able to identify people’s strengths. This is especially helpful when matching client positions with her candidates. Maureen will never overpromise or try to “sell” a situation that isn’t a good fit and works hard for her candidates. A straight shooter and former teacher, she is motivated to help others.
A native of Missouri, she is a graduate of Fontbonne University with bachelor’s degree and masters degrees. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching all of her daughter’s sports and activities.
Bet you didn’t know: Maureen only eats spicy food and she puts scorpion pepper sauce on almost every meal.

Patrick Shuff

Patrick thrives on excitement. One of his ambitions in life is to ride all the fastest roller coasters in the world. He finds the technical recruitment field exhilarating too. It is filled with moments of suspense and celebration as candidates interview for – and then land – their ideal jobs.
Patrick has a BS in business administration from Fontbonne University where he was a four-year starter for the baseball team. Prior to working in technical recruiting, he worked in the insurance and catering industries.

Blair Turley

Blair likes to know how people tick. “How did you get to where you are today?” is one of the first questions on his lips when he meets new people. And meeting new people is what he likes best about his job at Concero.
When he is off the clock, he likes nothing more than to pack up his tent and fishing rods and head to the water’s edge for the weekend. He is also an archery enthusiast.
Blair is originally from San Diego, California. He moved to St. Louis to pursue both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Fontbonne University. His career includes working in both retail operations and marketing.

Phoebe Ye
Technical Recruiter
What do you get when you combine ambition and depth? A person like Phoebe who is achievement-oriented, but there has to be a deeper reason than just “get it done.” Her unique background and experience allows her to build a strong and authentic relationships with her candidates because she knows what it takes to “start from scratch.”
She has quickly moved up to management in previous positions because of her ability to stay on track, while balancing the demands of leading a team. She is sincere and passionate about people following a path of self-discovery and being open to new opportunities because she has been through the same thing.
Phoebe attended Mizzou and has a variety of musical interest from singing to playing the piano, ukulele and guitar. She is also a foodie who enjoys cooking.
Bet you didn’t know: Phoebe got her black belt in Karate when she was 15 years old. Once her way home, she assisted the police to catch and arrest two thefts.
